होने के कारण शिवरात्रि या महा शिवरात्रि का महत्व और बढ़ जाता है. इसके साथ ही साथ प्रयागराज में चल रहे कुंभ (Kumbh 2020) की नजर से भी यह खास है, क्योंकि इस दिन ही यहां आखिरी शाही स्नान होगा
